For Downtown, Brickell or Miami Beach, keep the full hotel address with your flight details. At MIA, baggage claim is on Level 1; confirm the transport meeting point separately after identifying your terminal.

Places to explore

Miami Beach

Use the exact hotel address, rather than only “Miami Beach”, when arranging an arrival. Plan beach time and city visits as separate stops so that luggage and the return meeting point are considered from the outset.

Official visitor information

Wynwood

Street art and dining make Wynwood a distinct stop beyond the waterfront. Choose a specific gallery, restaurant or meeting address; a neighbourhood name alone is not a precise pickup location.

Business destinations

Brickell

Miami’s financial district combines offices, hotels and restaurants. For a meeting-led visit, group appointments by building and provide the entrance name, scheduled arrival time and an on-site contact.

Official visitor information

Downtown Miami

The downtown waterfront includes cultural venues and the Kaseya Center. If business meetings overlap with an event, confirm the event entrance and build flexibility into the onward journey.

04 / Before you travel

The details that make a difference.

Connecting to a cruise? Keep the ship name, PortMiami terminal and boarding instructions together. A flight landing time is not the same as the time you will be ready to leave the airport.

  1. Keep the flight number, airport code, terminal and full destination address together. Check current meeting instructions with your chosen transport provider.
  2. Allow for border formalities and baggage collection after landing. Traffic, events and airport procedures can affect the journey; reconfirm arrangements close to travel.
  3. Confirm passenger numbers, luggage, child seats and accessibility requirements with the provider before booking transport.

Destination information is linked to official airport, tourism and venue sources. Check those sources for current access and visitor arrangements.
